If you've made a mistake or would like to change your personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details.

As personalised products can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

Can I send a surprise gift directly to someone?

Absolutely. Enter their address at checkout and we'll send your gift directly to them. You can also add gift wrapping and a personal message on eligible products.

Can I order a gift now and have it delivered closer to the occasion?

Yes. You can order your gift in advance and let us know the approximate date you'd like it to be dispatched or delivered to you or directly to the recipient.

Simply add your preferred date when placing your order. If you're sending the gift directly to someone, you can also add gift wrapping and a personal gift note, including a message such as “Don't open until your birthday – 20th September!”

We'll do our best to time the dispatch so your gift arrives around your requested date, so there's no need to wait until closer to the occasion to place your order.
