As personalised products can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

Yes. You can order your gift in advance and let us know the approximate date you'd like it to be dispatched or delivered to you or directly to the recipient.

Simply add your preferred date when placing your order. If you're sending the gift directly to someone, you can also add gift wrapping and a personal gift note, including a message such as “Don't open until your birthday – 20th September!”

We'll do our best to time the dispatch so your gift arrives around your requested date, so there's no need to wait until closer to the occasion to place your order.

Your gift will be beautifully presented with premium gift wrapping paper, finished with ribbon and a gift note with your personal message, ready to give or send directly to the recipient.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address.
