These Terms of Sale, along with any referenced documents, outline the terms governing the sale of products ("Goods") through our website ("Our Site") fragrancedhumour.co.uk. Please carefully read and understand these terms before placing any orders. Your use of Our Site and the purchase of Goods are contingent upon your acceptance of these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, refrain from ordering Goods from Our Site. These Terms of Sale are presented in the English language.

5.6. In case of price changes between Order placement and processing, you will be charged the price at the time of Order placement.
5.7. All displayed prices include VAT. VAT adjustments will be made if the rate changes between Order placement and payment.
5.8. Delivery charges are not included in displayed Goods prices. Delivery options and charges are presented during the order process.
6. Orders – How Contracts Are Formed
6.1. Our Site guides you through the ordering process. Before submission, review and amend your Order carefully.
6.2. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in Order processing issues. We'll contact you for corrections, but failure to provide timely and accurate information may lead to Order cancellation.
6.3. Your Order constitutes an offer, and our acceptance is indicated by sending an Order Confirmation. A Contract is formed upon sending the Order Confirmation.
6.4. Order Confirmations include:
- Your Order Number.
- Goods details.
- Itemised pricing.
- Paper or electronic copy of the Order Confirmation.
6.5. We may decline or be unable to fulfil an Order; in such cases, we'll explain the reason, and no payment will be taken.
6.6. Refunds under this Clause will use the payment method you used when ordering.
7. Payment
7.1. Payment, including delivery charges, must be made in advance during the order process. Your chosen payment method will be charged upon placing the order.
7.2. Accepted payment methods:
- Debit, Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover,Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Union Pay
8. Delivery, Risk, and Ownership
8.1. Delivery charges are separate and will be presented during the order process.
8.2. Ownership passes to you upon payment in full. Refunds will use your original payment method.
9. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
9.1. Notify us within 7 calendar days of faulty, damaged, or incorrect Goods for a refund or replacement.
9.2. Refunds under this Clause include delivery costs paid.
9.3 Refunds will use your original payment method.
10. Cancelling and Returning Goods if You Change Your Mind
10.1. The customer may cancel their order within 15 minutes of the order being placed, by contacting info@fragrancedhumour.co.uk
10.2. Any cancelation requests outside of the above-stated period, will require the customer to refuse the parcel at their address upon delivery. It will go back to our warehouse for a full refund. The customer will receive an email to confirm the refund has been processed.
10.3. If you change your mind after receiving your parcel, you may return goods within 14 calendar days of informing us of your intention to return the item. Once delivered in our warehouse, the customer will receive an email to confirm the refund has been processed.
10.4. Refunds under this clause will not include delivery costs paid.
10.5. Customers are responsible for the return delivery cost and providing a postage tracking number to info@fragrancedhumour.co.uk
10.6. Refunds will use your original payment method.
11. Our Liability to Consumers
11.1. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from Our breach or negligence.
11.2. We supply Goods for domestic use; we are not liable for business-related losses.
11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Events Outside of Our Control (Force Majeure)
12.1. We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond Our control.
12.2. In such events, we will inform you promptly and minimise delays.
12.3. If an event lasts over 7 calendar days, we may cancel the Contract, refunding any payments made.
