Refunds & Returns

  1. Only Goods purchased on the fragrancedhumour.co.uk website can be returned to Fragranced Humour for a refund or an exchange.

  2. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all of our products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us to initiate the refund process. Please contact us at info@fragrancedhumour.co.uk  with your proof of purchase.

  3.  Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods.

  4. Refunds will be issued to you within 7 calendar days of the following the day on which We receive the Goods back.

  5. If any Goods you have purchased do not comply and, for example, have faults or are damaged in transit when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect (or incorrectly priced) Goods, please contact us at info@fragrancedhumour.co.uk within 7 calendar days to inform Us of the fault, damage or error, and to arrange for a refund or replacement. A picture of the damage will be required, and we will work with the customer to resolve the matter.

  6. Should Goods be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Fragranced Humour will provide you with a refund or exchange. Refunds under this clause will include the delivery cost.

Cancellations

The customer may cancel their order within 15 minutes of the order being placed, by contacting info@fragrancedhumour.co.uk . If the cancellation request is received after the above-stated time window, the customer is able to refuse the parcel at the point of delivery at their address. It will go back to our warehouse for a full refund. The customer will receive an email to confirm the refund has been processed.
