Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. As many of our products are personalised or made to order, dispatch times vary depending on the product, the personalisation required and the production time needed.

Estimated delivery dates for both Standard and Express Delivery are displayed on each individual product page. Please check these estimates before placing your order, particularly if your gift is required for a specific date.

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using the delivery service selected at checkout. Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided when placing an order is correct and complete. Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or parcels returned to us as a result of incorrect or incomplete address details.
